Known for her honesty, strong work ethic, and sharp negotiation skills, Nanette has become a trusted guide for those downsizing, managing estates, or selling longtime family homes. She stages each of her listings personally, ensuring they’re presented in the best light—both visually and emotionally. Her deep understanding of the real estate process, combined with a personal touch, has earned her a loyal following of repeat clients and referrals.

Outside of real estate, Nanette is passionate about health and wellness. She’s a 5 a.m. Pilates regular and loves spending time outdoors—hiking, biking, and finding fun new ways to stay active, including a bit of pickleball now and then. She also enjoys cooking, traveling, and being with her family—including her daughters, their spouses, and a growing crew of grandchildren. Her fluffy Bernedoodle, Moana, is always nearby, wherever she goes, there she is!  A proud U.S. Air Force veteran, Nanette gives back through several local non-profits along sitting on the advisory board for Me Squared, a DFW nonprofit supporting cancer patients. She’s also an active member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Texas REALTORS®, and MetroTex Association of REALTORS®.
